Dr. Richard, one of Austria's largest transport companies, would like to focus on the profitability of individual lines. Previously, manual Excel reports had to be created for this purpose and the knowledge for providing and analyzing them was concentrated in the hands of a few people.
Solution
Using the CANCOM Cloud Data Platform based on Microsoft Fabric, data collection and provision is completely automated and the analyses are securely separated from the operational systems. Via self-service reports, different stakeholders can draw their own conclusions from the data and thus optimize the line in focus. Thanks to a clear authorization structure, there are different views of the data depending on the decision-making authority in the company.
